Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Provide care for individuals with specific needs such as autism or hospice care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid and medication administration systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs, including those with autism or in assisted living facilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
